I can’t recommend them highly enough and would certainly use them again.
Initially I asked A1 Building and Construction to increase the size of my knock-through between the front and back rooms. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted, arrived punctually and started work. I then decided that the plaster in both rooms and the hall needed replacing and they were able to accommodate this extra work immediately. I decided to have all new skirting boards, dado and picture rails. I also had new doors and a partial DPC. At the end of every day they cleaned up the debris and equipment. These poor men had to work around all my furniture and belongings which I’d boxed up, so they were working in quite cramped areas.
What a brilliant find A1 Brickwork was!
Having moved from the South into a Victorian property, which needed quite a bit of work including a new roof, repointing, gutters etc, we were a little daunted. Having researched thoroughly we rang Tommy who gave a competitive price. He was professional, came up with some good ideas for us and nothing was too much trouble. The work was of a high quality and all of the crew over the last 6 weeks have been great. The site has been tidied every day and we didn’t need to think about anything – as Tommy and his crew give you confidence just to let them get on with it. We would not hesitate to recommend A1 Brickwork and will certainly be back for the other “little jobs” that I am sure we will need. Great work A1 and thank you!
